If so, this experiential workshop will introduce you to a 5 step process that will leave you feeling inspired, hopeful and more compassionate with yourself (for any of you that are just a little bit hard on yourself).


The workshop will include a variety of somatic and mindfulness-based practices including gentle yoga, meditation, journalling, partner exercises and some surprises along the way.


Be sure to bring a journal or notebook to participate fully and get the most from this dynamic yet relaxing workshop.

Felina Danalis, M.A., is passionate about creating a more sustainable, just and peaceful world, inside and out. After completing her graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, she worked for the World Bank, the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs and the European Union. While working in the Balkans providing post-war reconstruction assistance as a diplomat, a traumatic car bombing she witnessed radically changed the course of her life and lead her to Buddhist meditation. For well over a decade, she has studied, practiced and taught ancient teachings and mindfulness practices to men and women around the world, including at places such as Google, the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, The Golden Door and the Betty Ford Center. In her private practice and workshops, Felina combines Western training and approaches, such as those from the Coaches Training Institute, with Eastern wisdom, and was authorized to teach dharma in a lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. She is especially passionate about working with individuals who desire to decrease their stress-levels, transform their traumas, live more integrated lives and make an impact on the world using the practical tools of mindfulness and, increasingly, the gentle body-based psychotherapy Somatic Experiencing.  In addition, she has trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga with Hala Khouri and Seane Corn with the non-profit Off the Mat, Into the World and is a passionate advocate for social and economic justice issues of our time.
